Renault's Beijing regional manager Guo Weitold Global Times Aug. 1 that the company's sales target for 2009 in China is 6,000 to 8,000 units, a six-fold to eight-fold increase compared to 2008.

Renault released two new models, the Koleos and new Laguna, priced from 250,000 yuan to 300,000 yuan. The only Renault dealer in Xi'an hopes to sell 350 units this year, mainly the Koleos, said the dealer's general manager Li Shujun.
